Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.


Delays

While we aim to meet our delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier issues

  • High order volume

DRY GOLD is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.


Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

DRY GOLD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
