Return & Refund Policy – DRY GOLD

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.


Exceptions (Damaged, Defective, or Not Delivered)

We will only offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your order arrives damaged or defective, or

  • Your order was not delivered

If you experience any of the above issues, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@thedrygold.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos (for damaged or defective items)

We will review your request and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund.


Incorrect Shipping Information

DRY GOLD is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered, DRY GOLD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
